Refund and Returns Policy – Smart Step and Style

Our Commitment

We guarantee your satisfaction with all the platforms of Smart Step and Style. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue a full refund after the item is returned. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for the replacement of such shipments. For more details, please review our Cancellation & Return Policy.


Returns Eligibility

You may return products under the following conditions:

  1. Check the product in front of the delivery agent (only applicable within Dhaka).
  2. If there’s any issue, notify our Customer Service immediately with a photo of the product.
  3. Complaints must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item.
  4. Used, swatched, or liquid items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  5. Returns are not valid if the product seal is broken or if it simply doesn’t suit you.
  6. For returns due to exceptional reasons, the customer will bear the transportation cost.
  7. The original invoice must be included with the returned item.

Return Process and Costs

  • For customers within Dhaka, our Customer Service team will arrange a free pickup from your location.
  • For customers outside Dhaka, please return the product via Sundarban Courier Service or SA Paribahan.
  • If your claim is verified, we will reimburse your courier charge.
