Refund and Returns Policy – Smart Step and Style
Our Commitment
We guarantee your satisfaction with all the platforms of Smart Step and Style. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue a full refund after the item is returned. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for the replacement of such shipments. For more details, please review our Cancellation & Return Policy.
Returns Eligibility
You may return products under the following conditions:
- Check the product in front of the delivery agent (only applicable within Dhaka).
- If there’s any issue, notify our Customer Service immediately with a photo of the product.
- Complaints must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item.
- Used, swatched, or liquid items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Returns are not valid if the product seal is broken or if it simply doesn’t suit you.
- For returns due to exceptional reasons, the customer will bear the transportation cost.
- The original invoice must be included with the returned item.
Return Process and Costs
- For customers within Dhaka, our Customer Service team will arrange a free pickup from your location.
- For customers outside Dhaka, please return the product via Sundarban Courier Service or SA Paribahan.
- If your claim is verified, we will reimburse your courier charge.
